Our Beginning

How trimlot Ltd Started

A passion for dance that knows no age limit

We didn't set out to build a dance empire. We started because we noticed something missing. Adults over 45 wanted to dance. They wanted community. They wanted to learn without feeling out of place.

trimlot Ltd began with weekly meetups in Dublin. Small groups of people discovering bachata and salsa together. No judgment. No pressure. Just good music, good people, and the kind of movement that makes you feel younger than you are.

What surprised us most? How quickly friendships formed. How people who'd never danced before gained confidence. How the rhythm got into their bones.
